In September 2017, we were lucky to get assistance from the  Metores Trust, New Delhi, for setting up a computer lab with a set of 4 computers and a server laptop.

So now, the activities in the library extend to imparting computer literacy as well! Because of the introduction of computers, the library – which had been catering to kids aged 5 – 15 yrs till now – has seen an increase in the number of older children as well.

The most positive and heartening recent addition to the visitors has been the young women from Seem and Byasi, who manage to squeeze out spare time from their busy days full of domestic and farming chores to learn computers and spoken English.
